At Outerwear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to make it right. Please carefully read our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange
– Items are eligible for exchange *only if they are defective* or damaged during delivery.
– To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within *5 days* of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange
– The item must be in its *original condition*, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
– Items damaged due to misuse or wear are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

2. Share a clear photo of the defective item to help us process your request quickly.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
4. Upon receiving the defective item, we will dispatch your replacement within *2-5 working days*.

Additional Information
– Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you may choose a similar product or opt for a store credit.
– Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the defect was caused by us.
